Hi, I’m Chad Mills.

After years spent building relationships and serving clients professionally, I felt led to create something more personal — a home services business centered around trust, communication, craftsmanship, and genuinely helping people.

CM Home Services TX was built for homeowners who simply want someone reliable they can count on. Whether it’s tackling a punch list, mounting a TV, assembling furniture, updating fixtures, cleaning out a storage space, or finally knocking out that growing honey-do list.

My goal is simple: show up, communicate well, do quality work, and treat people the right way.

Outside of work, I’m a husband to my incredible wife Kacie of 20 years and dad to our two beautiful daughters, Rylee and Reese. Our family is deeply involved in our church community — especially student ministries — and I’m passionate about leading and pouring into men through mentorship and small groups.

I’m also big into fitness, bodybuilding, endurance training, and a lifelong Texas Rangers fan.

At the end of the day, this business is about more than home projects. It’s about serving people well, building relationships, and creating something meaningful for my family and community.
